Passenger rights
In accordance to the provisions of the Warsaw Convention of 1929, the Chicago Convention of December 1944 and the Montreal Convention of 1999 related to the regulation on passenger rights and baggage in the framework of civil air transport, passengers including their baggage are entitled to some rights; namely the right to information, right to assistance, the right to complain, etc..
