The Certification Process of the Abidjan Felix Houphouët-Boigny International Airport, which lasted for more than three years, has just been successfully completed. On Tuesday, 11thJuly 2017, the Managing Director of the National Civil Aviation Authority of Côte d’Ivoire (ANAC) officially handed over to Mr. Gilles Darriau, Managing Director of AERIA, the ICAO certificate, a door opener which now places the Ivorian airport platform among the most modern ones in the world. This certification, that was given in the presence of the Minister of Transport, Mr. Amadou Koné, took place two years after the US TSA certification, which allows direct flights from Abidjan to the United States.
